We threw everything at em. We had live shiners and fatheads and noticed no difference in the two It didnt seem to matter the best color was gold it seemed which is pretty norm for LOW
Gold Frosty was pretty productive. The biggest thing for us was bing right on the bottom. When dead sticking if your bobber slipped even so you were a foot off you got nothing. 2 to 5 inches was best. We also kept jigging meaning tried hard to not get lazy set it down pick it up jig it couple times that sort of thing. Overall pretty finicky bite so use a vex if you got one.
