Catching largemouth, smallmouth, walleyes, and northerns working crankbaits along weed edges ranging from 7 to 14 feet deep. Just filmed a fishing T.V. show with good success using this technique on an area lake. Walleyes and smallmouth also taking leeches presented on jigs or live bait rigs on deeper rocks and at the base of steep drop-offs. Crappies and sunfish also cruising the weed edges-try small plastics under a float, or small jig-spinners (a.k.a. beetle-spins). Dates for guided trips are available. Fish hard and fish safe!
